I have been an artist for over 40 years. Although I may not have a definitive style my artwork is distinctly me. I spent my life developing compositions in different medium's that resulted in visually appealing works of art. As I progress through these types of compositions, I add an atmospheric quality to each piece, that allows the artwork to breathe. It is important that every painting I create exhibits a strong relationship between negative and positive space. I take under consideration the harmonious balance of the subject matter against its surrounding, and how the subject relates to the placement on the canvas.
