Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your order! We strive to process and ship your posters as quickly as possible. All typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 5- business days for domestic delivery. For international orders, shipping times may vary based on location. Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date on damaged items

  • Custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order details. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@galeri-art.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • We will handle the shipping costs on damaged items and will mail you a shipping label.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges on all products, but contact us if you would like to exchange or if you have another reason for returning the item and we will try to work with you
